En ce qui concerne les livres en langue anglaise, vous constaterez en parcourant ces palmarès qu’il semble y avoir une certaine unanimité au sujet des meilleures publications de l’année 2021 puisqu’un certain nombre de titres sont mentionnés plusieurs fois.
Nate Swick animateur de American Birding Podcast de l'American Birding Association (ABA) a produit une émission où lui et ses collaborateurs présentent leur cinq meilleurs livres de l'année portant sur les oiseaux pour 2021. Ses collaborateurs sont Frank Izaguirre, le rédacteur en chef des critiques de livres pour le magazine Birding de l'ABA et Donna Schulman critique de livres pour le site «10 000 Birds».
